Our commitment to quality and safety led to the development of an ambitious project for the production of paprika pods. In our farm we have over 500 hectare of land for paprika pods production, where we control from seed, avoiding GMOs, until arrival at our facilities in Spain.
We control the traceability of each parcel in production, ensuring the implementation of appropriate phytosanitary , respecting the deadlines in the application and avoiding cross contamination.
Paprika pods drying are carried out in biomass dryers. In this way we can guarantee the quality and food safety of our paprika and also avoid air pollution by using renewable resources during drying.
