Quality

To obtain quality products you must use quality raw materials and maintain that quality throughout the production process, packaging and shipping to the customer. At JSA we evaluate our suppliers in order to hold them at all times the quality levels we want.

When raw material arrives to our facilities we codified them to ensure traceability throughout the process. We performed an initial inspection in order to detect any defects and a quality control is made by taking representative samples to verify compliance with the specifications required to the supplier and by legislation. Once all controls have passed (physical-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic) is stored in cold room to prevent loss of quality.

Our production is on demand, we work over an order, and we have no stock of merchandise to serve customers. When a customer places the order we started working on it. This makes every order is unique and allows us to tailor the needs and qualities of each client.

With our system of traceability, we check what raw materials meet customer requirements and we choose the most appropriate raw material and following the FIFO principle (First In First Out) we start the production process. In the intermediate lots, we make new quality controls to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of the customer, through to final packaging where we make the final quality checks before making expedition to customer.

In our own facilities we have all production and packaging systems, allowing us to guarantee quality and traceability throughout the process.

Laboratory

We have a modern laboratory to perform quality controls from receipt of raw materials to finished products shipped to our customers in order to ensure not only the quality but also the safety of our products.

As evidence of our commitment with quality, food safety and environment, we are certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. We also are members of AFEXPO and ESA.
